Axcona Capital Ltd. is currently in communications to form a DIFC Fund Manager and raise a DIFC Fund with the DFSA.

ORGANIZATIONAL SET UP

The Fund’s Shareholders

The funds shareholders are represented by the Board of Directors in compliance with SCSp SARL founding documents, applicable laws and regulations. The appointed Alternative Investment Fund Manager has the exclusive power to administer and manage the Fund.

Investor relation (IR) Investment Report Communication

Axcona Capital Investor Relations Department combines finance, communication, reporting and marketing to effectively control the flow of information between the public, investors/shareholders and integrates effective Fund raising contributing to the success and growth of Axcona’s portfolio.

Investment Committee (IC)

Axcona Capital Board of Directors appointed its IC which approves investments proposed by the Investment Advisor/Manager and together with Compliant Advisors supervises the activities of the Investment Advisor/Manager.
